Jet Airways is set to further expand its operations to India from Qatar with the launch of an additional daily service between Doha and Delhi from July 1.
The airline will introduce the new service from Doha to Delhi and back (starting July 1), adding to the existing single daily flight it already operates on the route.
The additional service from Doha to Delhi, Jet Airways flight 9W 201 will depart Doha at 2:35 am and arrive in Delhi at 8:50 am (all local time).
The return service, 9W 202, will depart Delhi at 12:05 am and reach Doha at 1:35 am (all local time).
Jet Airways currently operates flights from Doha to Kochi, Kozhikode, Thiruvananthapuram, New Delhi and Mumbai. Moreover, inbound guests from Doha can connect to key domestic destinations in India over Delhi.
Jet Airways vice president (Gulf, Middle East & N. Africa) Shakir Kantawala said: “Jet Airways has established itself as the preferred brand on the highly-competitive Indo-Gulf sector. Travel between Qatar and India has surged on the back of strong commercial ties and close socio-economic association between the Gulf and India, and the new service will address the needs of the large Indian expatriate population settled in the region.”
“We offer unparalleled service and quality onboard our flights in line with our endeavor to craft an ever-more exceptional flying experience for our guests, and the introduction of the new service will give them a wider range of options to choose from and greater convenience when planning their travel,” he added.
Jet Airways currently operates flights from 12 cities across India to 10 in the Gulf.
